Shipping policy
1. Shipping Scope
The Store's overseas independent site supports shipping to most countries/regions around the world (excluding countries/regions subject to international sanctions and product import restrictions; please consult customer service for details). The shipping scope is subject to the shipping address selectable when placing an order on the Site.
Note: Some countries/regions have strict restrictions on product import. The User shall confirm the product import policy of the destination country/region before placing an order. If the product cannot be cleared or is detained due to the User's failure to confirm the policy, the relevant losses shall be borne by the User.
2. Logistics Time Limit
2.1 The Store promises that all paid orders will be inspected, professionally packaged and shipped within 5 working days (working days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, weekends in Hong Kong and the destination country/region, and logistics stagnation time caused by force majeure).
2.2 The overseas shipping time limit varies according to the destination country/region and logistics method. The specific time limit is as follows (calculated from the date of logistics shipment):
(1) Asian regions (such as Japan, South Korea, Singapore, etc.): 7-15 working days;
(2) European and American regions (such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, etc.): 10-20 working days;
(3) Other regions: 15-30 working days.
2.3 The above time limit is for reference only. The actual delivery time may be delayed due to customs inspection, logistics transshipment, weather and other factors. The Store will track the logistics status in real time and feedback to the User in a timely manner.
3. Logistics Fees
3.1 The logistics fee is calculated according to the product weight, volume and destination country/region. The system will automatically calculate the shipping fee when placing an order, and the User shall pay the shipping fee together with the product payment.
3.2 The Store may provide preferential policies such as shipping fee reduction and free shipping according to the activity policies. The specific preferential rules are subject to the announcement on the Site.
3.3 The customs duty, customs clearance fee, port detention fee and other related fees incurred during overseas shipping shall be borne by the User. The Store shall not bear any related fees (the system will prompt the relevant fee instructions when placing an order, and the User can consult customer service in advance for details).
4. Packaging and Transportation Guarantee
4.1 Products are fragile and valuable items. The Store will use professional packaging (including shockproof, moisture-proof, anti-damage packaging materials) to ensure the safety of the products during transportation and reduce the risk of damage.
4.2 The logistics service providers cooperating with the Store are all well-known international logistics enterprises overseas (such as UPS, Hongkong Post, etc.). The logistics information can be tracked throughout the process, and the User can query the logistics status through the order details.
4.3 If the product is damaged or lost during transportation, the User shall provide relevant evidence such as logistics damage photos, signing records, and package appearance photos within 3 working days after receiving the product (or confirming the loss), and contact the Store's customer service to apply for compensation. The Store will assist the User in communicating with the logistics service provider, and handle it in accordance with relevant rules after verification (such as reissue, refund, etc.).
5. Receipt and Signing
5.1 When placing an order, the User shall fill in the accurate and complete shipping address and contact information to ensure that the logistics service provider can deliver normally. If the product cannot be delivered or returned due to incorrect shipping address or invalid contact information, the secondary shipping fee and related losses incurred shall be borne by the User.
5.2 When the User receives the product, he/she shall inspect the appearance and packaging of the product on the spot to confirm that there is no damage or missing before signing for receipt. If any damage or missing is found, the User shall refuse to sign for receipt, and promptly contact the Store's customer service, and take on-site photos and videos as evidence for subsequent compensation processing.
5.3 If the User entrusts others to receive the product on his/her behalf, the signature of the consignee shall be deemed as the signature of the User himself/herself. If any damage or missing is found later, the Store shall no longer be liable (unless there is sufficient evidence to prove that the damage or missing occurred during transportation).
6. Logistics Abnormality Handling
6.1 If the logistics status shows "stagnant" or "abnormal" for more than 7 working days, the User can contact the Store's customer service. The Store will promptly verify the situation with the logistics service provider and assist the User in solving it (such as urging the order, querying the reason for detention, etc.).
6.2 If the product cannot be cleared due to customs inspection or policy restrictions, the Store will notify the User and negotiate a solution (such as refund, return of the product, etc.), and the relevant fees incurred shall be borne by the User.
6.3 If the product is returned during transportation (such as user refusal to sign, invalid address, etc.), after the Store receives the returned product, it will notify the User. The User can choose to pay the shipping fee again for re-delivery, or apply for a refund (the refund amount will deduct the incurred shipping fee, packaging fee and other related fees).
7. Others
7.1 This shipping policy only applies to orders on the Store's overseas independent site, and has nothing to do with the Store's offline stores and orders on other platforms.
7.2 The Store has the right to modify this shipping policy according to the adjustment of logistics service providers' policies, changes in the international logistics environment, etc. After modification, it will be published in a prominent position on the Site, and will take effect after the publication period expires.
7.3 If the User has any questions about logistics and shipping, he/she can contact the Store's customer service at any time, and the Store will try its best to provide assistance.
