1. General Provisions

Welcome to the overseas independent site (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") of Hong Kong China Arts and Crafts Store (hereinafter referred to as the "Store"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the Store regarding the use of the Site, product purchases, service provision and other related matters. By accessing, browsing, registering or using any service of the Site, you are deemed to have fully read, understood and agreed to all the contents of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use any service of the Site.

The Store is a legally registered product operation organization, strictly complying with the "Cultural Relics Protection Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Hong Kong Cultural Relics Protection Related Ordinances" and the laws and regulations related to product import and transaction in the destination countries/regions overseas. It ensures that all products for sale have legal sources and complete procedures, and prohibits illegal product transactions.

2. User Registration and Account Management

2.1 Before using some services of the Site (such as placing orders, querying orders, etc.), the User shall complete registration and create an account. During registration, the User shall provide true, accurate and complete personal/enterprise information (including name, contact information, shipping address, identity verification related information, etc.) to ensure that the information can be used for receiving order notifications, logistics docking and compliance verification.

2.2 The User shall properly keep the account user name, password and related verification information, and bear full responsibility for all operations under the account (including placing orders, making payments, modifying information, etc.). If the User finds any account theft, abnormal operation or other situations, he/she shall immediately notify the Store. The Store will promptly take measures such as suspending the account and verifying the operation. If the loss is caused by the User's improper custody, the Store shall not be liable.

2.3 The User undertakes that during the registration and use of the account, he/she will not provide false information, usurp others' identity information, or use the account to engage in any illegal or irregular activities (including but not limited to illegal transactions, malicious orders, information leakage, etc.). Otherwise, the Store has the right to suspend or cancel the User's account, terminate the provision of services, and pursue the User's relevant responsibilities.

3. Product Information and Transaction Rules

3.1 All products for sale on the Site are marked with detailed information (including product name, material, size, condition, source certificate, reference value, etc.). The Store endeavors to ensure that the information is true and accurate. However, due to the particularity of the products (such as hand-made), there may be slight deviations in some details. All products are subject to the actual items, and the pictures on the Site are for reference only.

3.2 Before placing an order, the User shall carefully read the product details, size, condition description and related precautions, and submit the order after confirmation. After the order is successfully submitted, it is deemed that the User confirms the purchase of the product, and a transaction agreement is formed between both parties. The User shall pay the payment in a timely manner in accordance with the order requirements.

3.3 The product price shall be subject to the mark on the Site. The price includes the product itself value and packaging fee, but does not include overseas shipping fee, customs duty, customs clearance fee and other related fees (see the shipping policy and order details for details). The Store has the right to adjust the product price according to market conditions, product condition changes, etc. The adjustment will not affect the valid orders that have been submitted.

3.4 Due to the uniqueness of the products, some products are marked as "one of a kind" or "only one piece", and the product specifications cannot be changed after placing the order. If the product has quality problems (excluding natural wear and tear of the product itself), the User can apply for handling in accordance with these Terms and the return and exchange policy; otherwise, no return or exchange will be accepted.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 The Site supports mainstream overseas payment methods (such as credit card, PayPal, etc.). The User shall complete the payment in accordance with the prompts on the Site. After the payment is successful, the order status will be updated to "Paid", and the Store will start processing the order (including product inspection, packaging, logistics docking, etc.).

4.2 If the User's payment fails or times out, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the Store shall not be liable for any responsibility. If the payment is abnormal due to payment platform failure, network problems, etc., the User shall promptly contact the Store's customer service to verify the situation and negotiate a solution.

4.3 The User undertakes that the account and fund source used for payment are legal. If any dispute or loss is caused by improper fund source or illegal payment, the User shall bear it himself/herself, and it has nothing to do with the Store.

5. Return and Exchange Policy

5.1 Products are special categories, and no reason return or exchange is not supported in principle. The User can contact customer service to apply for return or exchange within 7 working days after receiving the product if the following situations exist:

(1) The product is seriously inconsistent with the information marked on the Site (such as fake product material, not the actual product displayed on the Site);

(2) The product is damaged or lost during transportation (relevant evidence such as logistics damage certificate and photos shall be provided);

(3) The product has quality problems of unnatural wear and tear (confirmed by the professional identification of the Store).

5.2 When applying for return or exchange, the User shall keep the product in its original condition, and shall not damage, alter, disassemble the product and its packaging, or repair the product by himself/herself; otherwise, the application will not be accepted. The overseas shipping fee, customs clearance fee and other related fees incurred by the return or exchange shall be borne by the liable party (the Store shall bear the liability for product quality problems, and the User shall bear the liability for personal reasons).

After receiving the returned or exchanged product, the Store will complete the identification and verification within 5 working days. After confirming that it meets the return and exchange conditions, it will promptly handle the refund for the User (the refund will be returned in the original way, and the arrival time is subject to the rules of the payment platform) or exchange the product (if necessary).

6. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality Terms

6.1 All contents of the Site (including but not limited to product pictures, text descriptions, logos, designs, program codes, etc.) are owned by the Store. Without the written authorization of the Store, the User shall not arbitrarily copy, disseminate, modify, reprint or use them for commercial purposes; otherwise, the Store will pursue its liability for intellectual property infringement.

6.2 The Store respects the User's privacy and will strictly protect the User's personal data such as registration information, payment information and shipping address. It will not disclose, sell or illegally provide them to third parties unless required by laws and regulations or agreed in writing by the User. The User shall protect his/her personal information security by himself/herself and shall not disclose the account and personal information to others.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 If the Store is unable to provide services normally, process orders delayed or deliver products due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, policy adjustments, logistics interruptions, network failures, etc.), the Store shall not be liable for breach of contract, will try its best to notify the User, and negotiate a solution (such as refund, delayed delivery, etc.).

7.2 If the order cannot be delivered, the product is lost or damaged due to the User's own operational errors (such as incorrect shipping address, invalid contact information, failure to sign for receipt in a timely manner, etc.), the User shall bear the responsibility himself/herself, and the Store shall not be liable for compensation.

During overseas transportation, if the product is delayed in delivery or detained due to customs inspection, policy restrictions, product import regulations of the destination country/region, etc., the Store will try its best to assist the User in communication and resolution, but will not bear the relevant losses (such as increased customs duties, detention fees, etc.), and the relevant responsibilities shall be borne by the User.

7.4 The Store only provides reference for the value of the product, which does not constitute a professional identification opinion. If the User needs professional identification, he/she can entrust a third-party authoritative organization to conduct it by himself/herself. The Store shall not be liable for any responsibility arising from the difference in identification results.

8. Term Modification and Dispute Resolution

8.1 The Store has the right to modify these Terms of Service in accordance with the business development, update of laws and regulations, etc. After modification, it will be published in a prominent position on the Site, and will take effect after the publication period expires. If the User continues to use the services of the Site, it is deemed that he/she agrees to the modified Terms.

8.2 Any dispute arising between both parties due to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, both parties have the right to file a lawsuit with the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

9. Others

9.1 These Terms shall take effect from the date when the User registers and uses the services of the Site, and shall remain in effect until the User cancels the account or the Store terminates the services.
